1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The product does not match the item you ordered.

  • You notify us of the issue within  7 days of receiving the product.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and a description of the issue.

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a return authorization if applicable. Do not send the product back before receiving approval.

  3. Shipping the Item Back: Once you receive the return authorization, carefully package the product in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the provided return address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to the cash on delivery method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to7-14 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  • If the product is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will refund the full amount paid, including the return shipping cost.

  • If the product is returned for any other reason, the refund will only cover the cost of the product, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product and would like an exchange, please follow the same process as outlined in the Return Eligibility and How to Return an Item sections. We will replace the item with the correct or desired product if available. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
